This striking ring is in excellent condition for its age with no chips, no damage and no re-size marks. The 1.95ct Tanzanite is set securely and has a gorgeous deep lavender hue. The baguette-cut Diamond shoulders extremely crisp and bright with no visible inclusions. The \"MARSHAK\" stamp inside is also crisp and clear, a lovely testament to the history of the piece. It's worth noting althought the ring setting and baguettes are original 1920's-40's the large Tanzanite centre-stone must have been added later. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTanzanite is a rare gemstone found only in the foothills of mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. (Discovered in the 1960's!)
